Did you know David takes on private consulting clients?
These are great for two scenarios:
1. You are looking to buy or sell and want to meet with David prior to committing
David’s dedication to helping his clients hit their goals is unmatched. Because of that he’s very careful about taking time away from clients that he’s committed to (i.e. a signed listing agreement or buyer representation agreement in place).
Therefore if after an initial 30 minute complimentary call you have further questions, a consulting call is a great option. These calls come with no further obligation. If David gives you a creative idea that you want to see implemented and at the end of the call you mutually decide that a formal agency relationship isn’t the right fit, no problem, you paid for his time, take that idea to another agent and run with it!
And… if you and David decide an agency relationship is a great fit, we will credit the consulting fee at closing.
2. You have a deal you need help evaluating
These sessions are crazy beneficial because David can dive into a deal (or several) with you, analyze it, and walk you through a mental model of how to decide if it’s a deal you should proceed with so that by the end of the call you have clarity. This will either save you tons of money on deals you decide to walk away from, or make you boatloads on deals you now have the clarity to move forward on.
The goal is to make your money back by a minimum of 10x your investment.
Each consult:
- Is over Google Video Hangouts or Zoom.
- Will focus on whatever you need.
- Will get actual work done on the spot.
- …if you don’t know what you need, David will help you figure it out.
